Healthy Fast Food Lunch?

I didn't have time to cook anything last night, and I ran out of bread, so I have to buy something for lunch. What's your favorite fast food meal for around 400 calories? I'm thinking maybe Jason's Deli or Pita Pit.

Subway. 6 inch. turkey and american.  on 6 grain wheat or whatever it is.  With spicy mustard, banana peppers (like a flippin' TON of banana peppers), cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and bell peppers.  Yum.  Now I'm hungry.  Then I get the baked lays and a sweet tea.

Taco Bell has their fresco menu, and they are all under 400 calories and it's CHEAP.

Wendy's small chili and sour cream and chives potato. They even give you reduced fat sour cream.

Why did I forget Subway? That's my usual healthy standby. I can't be trusted in Jimmy John's. I will order the Beach Club 800 calorie sandwich. It's irresistible. Taco Bell sounds good, though.

I'm a big subway turkey fan...and at my Subway at least...Wednesday is the $2.49 daily special for turkey. :)Chickfila's chargrilled chicken sandwich (not the club) has 300 calories.  Feels like more food than Subway to me, and its hot.  Sometimes I go for that instead.
