    Hobby Lobby sells AND rents arches, otherwise I'd look on Craigslist to buy one from another recent wedding.

    I second Jinxed. I bought an arch from Hobby Lobby witha 40% coupon I printed. Not sure if it'd be rustic enough but it's worth a looking into.

    Have you triedRefunction Junktion?  Look them up on facebook.  Tons of funky/rustic/antiques for rent... LOTS geared toward weddings too.  Heck, if she doesn't have it - she'll often MAKE it just to rent it to you and then have on hand for future rentals (judging by her recent fb posts).
