Can you tell that I'm excited that it is Friday? Plus--I am leaving work at 10am...yeah me!
B- 2 eggs, 1/2 slice cheese, wheat sand thin,coffee
S- greek yogurt, orange
L-? probably salad
D-??? not sure if we are going out or not....either way...something healthy....I did't appreciate the scale this morning
E- hopefully a run since I have a half day

    Mmmm weekend!! At least I know I'll behave today for fear of the scale on Saturday morning ;-)

    So ready for this week to be over! All my good moods seem to get dashed to pieces as soon as I read my emails in the morning. Sunny 80s today, though, so definitely a long walk over lunch.

    B: oatmeal w/ strawberries, coffee & soy milk
    S: soy yogurt
    L: turkey sandwich, carrots & applesauce
    D: TBD. Gotta hunch FI will want to go out

    E: HIIT bike or C25K, lifting

    Wooo Friday! I go on vacation to AZ tomorrow, where I really get to start wedding planning! 

    Last night turned in a sushi and water night after our 4-mile run, which was much better than beer and tacos, which was the original plan! 

    Today...

    B: 2 slices whole wheat toast, natural PB
    S: Apple
    L: Veggie burger on 2 slices whole wheat bread, salad with ranch dressing, high-fiber granola bar
    S: Greek yogurt
    D: Spaghetti and meatballs! (I've been excited for this all week!) with garlic bread and sauteed zucchini

    E: Probably none because I'm super-busy getting things done before vacation tomorrow. But I'm packing my running shoes!

    Had an incredible lifting day yesterday! 4 chin ups! 

    B: soy sausage patty / apple w/ PB / white tea
    S:  almonds
    L: spinach salad with grilled chicken / fruit
    S: ff plain greek yogurt with berries
    D: Eat Out Night: probably a protein style In and Out Burger (no fries) or Chipotle salad 

    Then grocery shopping to buy snacks for our 6 mile hike tomorrow. Can't wait!

    B - spinach feta wrap with sundried tomatoes and eggwhite
    S - soy toffee nut latte
    L - vegetarian "chicken" parmesan
    S - fat free yogurt and luna bar
    D - polenta baked with goat cheese, sauteed kale, oven roasted tomatoes

    E - running! Maybe some weights.

    yep, Friday couldn't have come soon enough.  Only 2 months left at this stupid job, can't wait to be done.

    I am pretty new to this board, but I thought I would start being more accountable... so here it goes!

    B- 2 pieces whole wheat toast, sugar free strawberry jam
    S- Banana and 90 cal granola bar
    L- PB sandwich on whole wheat, apple
    S- 100 cal pack of choc. pretzels
    D- TBD

    E- rest day for me... I did the elliptical the rest of the week

    I definitely need to try to get more veggies in there and less carbs... but its a start... so far I'm down 7lbs... lets see how it goes next Friday!
