I usually stay clear of crawfish here. One place I tried put cayenne pepper on the shell. THE SHELL.What the heck was that going to do?Bland on the inside, hot as fire on the outside. I was a very sad camper.

That was steamed, not boiled crawfish. There's nothing like Louisiana seafood.

It was boiled, but I sent it back, and I never send food back. Now, I just stick with some fish. I also stay clear from anything labeled blackened or cajun. Stay far...far...away.
