Escort Cards

So i am doing my escort cards and i am stuck on how i should word them
should i go Mr & Mrs Joe Smith. or just their name  Joe & John Smith?
 Not sure if i need the titles...

    We're using titles because our wedding is formal and it seems fitting. If your wedding is formal, I think you should use titles - if this is a casual wedding, skipping them is fine.
