I remember you talking about L-Glutamine. I've been reading up on it and decided to give it a try, but it says you can take 1-2 tablets up to 4x a day so I was just wondering what you suggest. I just got it yesterday and figured I'd try 1-2 pills a day like I do with the L-Carnatine. Just wanted to hear your thoughts on it though.
