Sesh, shouldn't they have to shadow you first? Watch you do things rather than you telling them what to do?

    Because I go too fast and "it's overhwleming." Plus sometimes it's easier to have them learn what to do on their own, then have them sit with us because by then, they have a better understanding of WTF we are doing.
