I am getting married in June of 2012 in Baltimore, Md. I have this vision of having a romantic reception under a tent, but I dont know where I can do this. I would like to have the locatioin in like a park. If anyone knows how I can make this possible I would love to hear your ideas. I think I need a permit but I'm not sure how to go about getting one....
