Marriage License Requirement

Hi Ladies,
Do you just need your Drivers License to obtain your marriage license? Seems confusing reading the requirements online if they need both the birth certificate AND the D.L. or if just the D.L. is enough. Thanks!

I used my passport with no problem. My cousin and his wife used their drivers licensesfor ID, neither had birth certificates with them for their spur of the moment ceremony.

I figured just D.L. was good enough...What do the people do that are drunk and get hitched?? I'm sure they weren't hauling around their birth certificiates LOL I read it again (I do tend to get blonde moments) LOL And I guess the birth certificate is required IF you don't have picture id.

Lol! Theres a big sign that states they will not issue licenses to anyone who appears to be under the influence.
