Hi Ladies

Just thought I would write a quick note to introduce myself. I stumbled accross this board while looking through the Knot , since Im on here looking around so much I thought Id just join up. I've been dating an amazing man for awhile and we are now talking about marriage. No engagement ring yet or anything and I am fine with that, Im 31 and know this is the person I want to spend my life with, so when it happens it happens. We have randomly thrown out next fall as a possibility so hence my dreaming around on The Know boards. My twin sister got married a few years ago and met some wonderul ladies through this site an got lots of help in her planning so Im hoping I can do the same sort of networking

So yeah , thats me. Im Sara! Glad to be here and hope to have alot more communication with all of you!!

Nice to meet you! It's wonderful that you are so lucky to be in love with someone who loves you back! The one thing you're going to hear a lot on these boards, and especially in this thread, that we don't condone preplanning, setting a date and making wedding related decisions unless you're engaged.

So you should putting the potentital wedding/engagement out of your mind and pick up a lobby! Or read. The more you focus on it, the more you will go crazy!

Tell us more about yourself! There is a sticky at the top of the board that has a get-to-know-you post that you can fill out and post here!

Although I realize this is coming from a crazy cat lady who has three of her own, I will never understand how people hate cats. At 31 years old, 9 months is awhile :) Especially when you know what you want and you are happy. Some days 9 months feels like a long time and other days it feels like we met yesterday. Regardless, happy is what counts.
