  You can put whatever you want in the program.  Some programs are short, only a single page.  Others are longer, with multiple pages. 
  
  We put together a fairly long program.   It lists the elements of our ceremony (Catholic mass), including all of the songs and readings.  We then have a section for the ceremony participants where we list the wedding party, officiant, parents/grandparents, ushers, and readers and how they are related to us.  We conclude with a short paragraph thanking everyone for coming.

  Ok, thanks... I'm trying to cut costs so we're looking at a single page program- I just don't know what the "Must-haves" are. Thank you!!

  Ours was pretty much the same as SaraAndrew's bc we also had a Catholic mass.

  I have PIB.  We had the order of service on one side and the wedding party on the other.  On the back we had thank yous and acknowledgements as well as a list of those we were remembering who had passed away.
