Hair and Makeup Suggestions (Oakland, ceremony in SF City Hall)

Hi!

Does anyone use an awesome hair and makeup stylist for their big day?  I was going to contact Lisa Zomer after looking on yelp, but there are some mixed reviews of her on The Knot.  Thank you!

    Nina Barbosa is in that area. She did the hair and make up for a few of my friend's weddings and did a great job.
