Decided to look into venues in Brooklyn

After a long search of all-inclusive venues with modern or edgy decorations, I caved and decided to look into what's available in Brooklyn. I'm on a small budget, looking to host about 100 people. For us the priorities are: the food must be amazing, and the space can't look like a traditional catering hall.

So far I found 2 venues. If anyone had attended a wedding there, please let me know if you recommend the space and why.

    I've been to the Bell House-not for a wedding but for another party. It looks like a bar/small concert venue. It's in an area that looks kind of cool and yet kinda crappy at night. If that's the look/vibe you want, it's great. If you want something fancier/more elegant/etc...def. not. Also, they have very, VERY few dates available usually for private parties because they have some many parties/theme nights, etc scheduled.

    No idea about the other place.
