Hi Ladies:
Does anyone have a list of the things you have to choose on your menu selction visit? (e.g. linens, menu, etc)
I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

    Oh that's good! I'm going for my final meeting on Tuesday! We are bringing the copy of the menu with us that we brought to the tasting because that's when we decided what we liked.

    When we went, we did menu, ice carving, cake, linens and started some paperwork (introductions, etc)  That was also the day were were given several lists of items to bring, seating chart and other paperwork to fill out for the final meeting about a week before the wedding....

    which is now soooo close.

    I know, the time absolutely flew by!! We did our meeting 6 weeks in advance and are going back Monday to drop everything off. ahhh!

    We just had the meeting tonight... you go over what you want for the menu, if you are having your ceremony there there are forms to fill out, seating charts. ice sculpture, cake, when to drop everything off and waht to bring..  The meeting took abotu an hour.
