wedding venue needed!

I am looking for the perfect venue for my summer 2014 wedding. 
Requirements
large dancefloor (200-250 guests)
under $100 per person
beautiful outdoor views
Venues I've visited
A view on the Hudson: nice, but not enough floor space
The Old Tappan Manor: love the ballroom (wish the bar was in the ballroom)
Florentine Gardens: absolutely ideal and if I could afford it a dream location (way out of our price range
The Brownstone: felt small and very chaotic, not a lot of outdoor options
Crystal Springs resort: gorgeous views, giant ballroom (would be my pick if not for the price... still out of budget :( )
The Venetian: giant ballroom, no ceramony space (too jersey glam...not our style)
Perona Farms: beutiful outdoor views, non existant ballroom space (this was the deal breaker)
The Manor (west organge): nice outdoor space, not enough ballroom space (too small for our guestlist)

If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appriciated as I am out of ideas!

    Under $100 base price or with tax/service/gratuity fees?  You may get more bang for your buck if you consider an off season month or would be willing to have a Friday/Sunday night or Saturday/Sunday afternoon wedding.

    One thing you can do is ask for the price per head before making an appointment. Venues may tell you this information over the phone and spare you the time and falling in love with a venue you can't afford. Good luck.

    We're going to be at Mayfair Farms. The dance floor is very large, the price for us is under $100 per head for a Sunday in early April, and the grounds are really lovely. The food is delicious (which was big for us) and they've been awesome to work with so far!

    I would have suggested Manor, but you say the room is too small. I think the room on the can accommodate over 200 (a friend recently had 210 there, with a 10 piece band) and the room on the right is larger (I think?)

    </div><div>I am getting married in the Imperial room, which is the one on the left (wooden walls-waterfall outside) and it can hold over 200.  The one on the right is the Virginian room.  It is a little smaller, but can still hold that many.  </div><div>
