  Not sure if they have them but try candles4less.com. I just ordered pillars from them and got them super fast.

  You can make your own floating candles ( http://www.marthastewart.com/article/light-up-a-table-with-floating-candles?backto=true&backtourl=/photogallery/60-summer-decorating-ideas#slide_29) and use a heart shaped mold. 

  its easy and can save you $$$

  It looks like hobby lobby might carry them. Maybe check in store and wait for candles to go one sale or use the 40% off coupons with a bunch of friends.
