BM Gifts

I was thinking about getting 2 or 3 of my bridesmaids Coach Wallets, but then I kinda want something to go with it. Does anyone have any ideas what would be a cute gift with a wallet. No gift cards please.

Thanks!

  • :\ I think a gift card would be really cute with a wallet, though...

  • Why no gift cards? I mean there are other things you can get, but many people prefer and like gift cards if it's to a store they shop at. I much prefer that to somebody picking something out for me that isn't my taste, KWIM?

As for something else to go with the wallet, it doesn't necessarily HAVE to tie in to the wallet. What does each girl like? What are her hobbies? You could get each one something different based on that.

  • I heard somewhere that it is "bad luck" to give someone an empty wallet, ie with no money in it. So whenever I give someone a wallet for a special occasion, I give them the date in cash. For example, if your wedding date is July 15th, I would include $7 in the billfold and 15 cents in the change pocket. I gave a friend a wallet for Christmas last year, and he laughed (with enjoyment) at the $12.25 I included.

I LOVE this! I'm definitely stealing this from now one when I give wallets.

I also like the giftcard idea in the wallet, however if you are 100% anti-gift card I think a picture frame or perhaps a piece of jewelry they would love that doesn't have to do with wedding jewelry.
  • Tons of cute unique gift ideas! check out http://www.etsy.com/shop/moonstonecreation. it is such a cute shop with tons of handstamped jewelry, bottle openers, military related jewelry, keychains, cufflinks, etc... Makes great wedding gifts for bridesmaids & groomsmen. I really like the handstamped necklaces for the BMs.
