What percentage of your invited guests were unable to attend?

At the end of the day, of the number of guests that were invited, how many actually were able to attend?  Was it 10% that were unable to attend, 20% unable to attend?

    We had a super small wedding, and 10% were unable to attend.  Our friend had a HUGE wedding, and they had 20% that were unable to attend.

    I would always stay on the safe side and assume 10% - that way you aren't stressed if you had been planning on 20% and more decide to come than you had thought.  Plus, if you plan for 10% and more than that decline, you can have a little fun spending the money you saved on those extra declines (ie: more appetizers or upping the drink package, splurge on a spa treatment on the honeymoon, or just throw it into savings.)
