Getting in Shape

I was wondering if you would give me your recipie for the oatmeal stuff you make in the morning.  I wrote the ingredients down, but not how much of everything.  Thanks.

    I make it for both my H and I.  For him I use 1/2 cup of everything with about a 2/3 scoop of protein powder and for me I use 1/3 of a cup of everything and about a 1/2 scoop of protein powder.  We split the banana evenly. 

    Some people aren't huge fans of the oatmeal cold, so feel free to toss it in the microwave for a bit.  I usually do 45s, stir, then 30 or 45s, depending on how I'm feeling.
