Does anyone know where I can rent tables wide enough for family-style seating (8'x36" or 8'x42"). I have looked at a bunch of rental companies and NONE of them have anything other than the standard 8'x30". This width does not allow any extra room for decor or centerpieces. The place settings on either side of the table are nearly touching.
I work in the party planning business in Philadelphia and family-style seating is very popular (especially with weddigs). And it's easy to rent 8x36 or 8x42. So, I just assumed in would be a non-issue. I was wrong. Our tent guy suggested using two 8' tables. But we just don't have the room to have 5-foot wide tables.
Has anyone had any luck finding the wider tables?
