HELP! Ceremony

Hi all

Ok I need your help! I am having my reception in old city but it is proving very difficult to find a location for the ceremony.  Our original plan has been and still is to have an out door wedding somewhere in Center City, but at this point with people not getting back to me or prices being outrageous I need some suggestions. ANY will be appreciated.  We are on a small small budget to keep in mind. 

Wedding is October 15th of this year

    You can try contacting the colleges, but October falls mid-semester and students will be on campus...

    Have you tried any restaurants/bars with an outdoor or rooftop deck?

    Have you tried the Morris House Hotel? They have an adorable outdoor courtyard area and I know that they do weddings. Other than that I am not sure about price or any other details... Here's the link: http://www.morrishousehotel.com/

    They're located at 8th and Locust which is still convenient to your reception in Old City. Good luck!
