Getting in Shape

Well....the third week was MUCH better

For those of you that read my post last week I did much better at my WW weigh in today. I lost the small amount of weight I gained PLUS an addittional 3 lbs.

I know it's not a HUGE amount but I am extreamly happy. I know I'll be able to keep at this. Thanks so much for everyone's support and kind words

  • Don't get discouraged. I recommend to everyone that you get a scale that monitors weight AND body fat percentage. They're sold everywhere, even at Walmart. Muscle does weigh more than fat, and if you get a scale that will show your body fat percentage, you can see that one or two additional pounds might mean 5% less body fat!
