Hello April brides, I have moved from February brides, and am now an April bride. I look forward to new ideas and chating with the brides on our count down to the big day.

    Hello, we have our location, and venue for the reception. I have been purchasing odds and ends for the decor. I also have vases or jars for the candy station. I'm undecided on a theme. It was Midnight in Paris but that would have cost to much. Im thinking In Love, with Love. How does that sound to boring? and I also think hearts is boring although I am leaning towards that.

    Welcome!

    Themes aren't necessary, so if you don't want one you don't have to have one. Or you could consider your color choice as your theme.

    <div>Planning is going good, we are dong a spring lovebird themed wedding, basically birds and flowers.  Colours are tiffany blue and yellow and flowers will be yellow roses, tulips, hydragenas, and daffodils.  The lovebird theme will be in our invitations and reception decor but not so much in the wedding party attire, maybe a few feathers in the boutonnieres and hair accesories.  I bought small tealight bird cages to put on the tables (we have rectangular tables) along with the floral arrangements.  I don't really think a theme is necessary, we have a theme just because it suits us since we actually have a pair of lovebirds and they were our inspiration ;-).  </div><div>
