Our quarantine regulations are a little crazy. I know it's for a good reason, but the hardest time H and I have ever had at customs was once when we were arriving home in Brisbane.

FI has talked off and on for the last several years about going to work abroad for a bit. He's looked for some trade jobs at a consulate or embassy somewhere. I think it would be very interesting, but we've never gotten very far with it. Maybe when I get a phd we can move somewhere and I can do research and he can be a househusband!

I'm more a lurker on (P&)E so that's mostly why I don't post here, although I have been reading SB this weekend because E is dead. And I don't really post on E because I don't think I'm that interesting. But it's ridiculous because I've been lurking since summer of 2008, so maybe I'm a tad creepy.

Honestly, I tend to like most people, so as far as regs go, I can't think of anyone I truly dislike. I'll let you know if my opinion changes.

If you could be any color of M&Ms, what color would you be and why?

Brown. Because they actually do taste the best and they are chocolate colored. Plus, brown m&ms never look like skittles which I really do not care for.

So, I'm totally late on this, and the thread has totally changed, but I'll play anyway!

We got engaged in February, and our wedding is July 16, 2011. I've been lurking since we got engaged, but I don't post very much because I'm not witty and cool enough to be one of you; I just love to sit back and watch it all happen.

You guys are hilarious!

I don't really keep track of the screen names, but I've pretty much learned the sig pics of the regulars. If you're hilarious, witty, and have common sense, you've probably earned "favorite" status in my book! So I wouldn't kick off any of the regulars, just the newbies who come on here whining and end up sounding bratty.

When I was 10, I was the red M&M for Halloween, and my best friend was the yellow one. So I guess I would branch out and be the green one.

My name is Tara and I'm a nite shift nurse. We're planning on November 2012, waiting until Scott is through with school & hopefully has a decent job, to afford a nice, DIY/budget wedding. We're big on gardening & just got our 3-tier garden in at our new home.

I mostly post on local, DIY, budget and music. I've played piano & organ for many weddings (mostly friends), so that's why I stick around there. I lurk mostly on SB, sometimes eitquette, just for a good laugh. I don't always post because what I want to say or how I feel has already been posted or stated.

I don't really have any favorite posters, but absolutely love it when people cannot spell or have just horrible grammar & they don't think it matters. How are we supposed to interpret what you're saying (by READING it) when you cannot accurately & clearly communicate what you're trying to say? As with real life, I'm constantly taken aback by stupid people/stupid actions by somewhat less than brilliant minds.

M&M's: definitely blue. Just because it's my favorite color & sorry, but they all DO taste the same. :-p

AND, I absolutely love the funny cat pictures, like box kitty & mocha's pic. I'm sure you've heard of it, those of you who like animals & funny pictures, but there's a website called www.icanhascheezburger.com& it's hilarious. :-)
