Hi Knotties,
These cocktails came across my desk today, and I thought I'd pass them along. They're Boardwalk Empire-inspired drinks. See the list below. (I'm slightly obsessed with this show.)
Compliments of Nucky
FRENCH 75
1.5 oz TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Champagne
Shake & strain halfway into a champagne flute
Garnish with a lemon twist
Boardwalk After Midnight
Tanqueray Dry Martini
1 Splash 2-4 dashes vermouth on ice & strain
Pour 1.25 oz Tanqueray® London Dry Gin onto ice
Stir and drain to glass
Deck with olive
The Swindler
Tanqueray Snapper
Shake 1.25 oz of Tanqueray® London dry gin, 2 large dashes of Worstershire sauce. A dot of Tabasco spice.
Wreck a few lemons and splash 3.5 oz of tomato juice in.
A dash of salt and pepper and top the rest up with rocks.
A gentle shimmy then pour it up in a highball and live a little

NEGRONI
1.5 oz. TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Cocchi Torino Sweet Vermouth or Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth
Combine all ingredients into a rocks glass and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.
