What are you having for lunch today?


I just started this post to AW my salad...  romaine, baby spinach, tomato, almond crusted chicken, and dried cherries with balsamic vinaigrette.  Yummy!

    I am probably going to walk over to Cosi and get something in a little bit. I was supposed to be meeting someone for lunch today (Ahem - Ooodsie!!) but she can't make it and so I don't have a lunch with me today.

    Salad with baby spinach, hard boiled egg, monteray jack cheese, sliced almonds, dried cranberries and crispy noodles with sweet onion dijon dressing. Hope it is filling since there is no meat on it.

    MH, that sounds good. I'd like to aw the slice of pepperoni pizza currently sitting on my desk half eaten... :)

    The salad bar was pitiful again today. Hopefully, it'll be back tomorrow! DD and I are going to the park for a long walk today though, so hopefully it'll work most of it off!

    lean cuisine ravioli... and I'm starving.  It's not going to be enough.  I had breakfast... I don't know why I'm so hungry!

    Damnit now I want Cosi.

    I'm having a stofurs meat lasagna, the large portion because that's the only one that touches my hunger. Probably more points then anyone wants to guess on...

    Veggie Wrap: Whole wheat tortilla (they didn't have my mission tortilla carb balance) with 1 tb guac, 1 tb hummus, 2 slices of tomatoes, 1 hard boiled egg, cucumber, carrots and bell peppers.  It's yummy and i've been eating it for a month now.

    It was one thing when you mentioned Cosi to me twice in one day when I am sick at home and eating nothing but soup, but now you have to go and mention my favorite signature salad?  You're evil, pure evil.  :(   *sniff*
