One of my bridesmaids picked up her dress today from alterations and she said they ruined the dress. She said that they altered it too small on her and the bottom is all uneven. I'm going with her tomorrow to see if she can get her money back they charged her almost as much as the dress cost and try to figure out a way to fix it. The wedding is in less than a week! My concern is what if they can't let it out? It took 5 months for these dresses to come in. Has anyone else gone through this? Any advice on the best way to go about this?
