    I am using Kim Nather for hair, www.beautybybrush.com. She did 2 of my friends weddings and is great. I had her do my makeup twice as a bridesmaid. I am getting my hair done at Mario Tricoci by Yasmine in Chicago.

    I just had a trial with Krista Gobeli, and I love how everything turned out. Also, she's been really helpful in answering the million questions I email her about. I think her prices are pretty reasonable too.

    I am using Karissa DeLuca of Karismatic for makeup and I think I will be using Monique Madrid for hair. Just waiting on confirmation.
      Just as a warning Monique only books 4 mths in advance.  I wanted to book her last year but she said she was taking on  brides more than 4 months in advance.

    I am using Monique Madrid for both hair and makeup. Pics of my trials are in my bio and I'll post my final vendor review in a few weeks when I get back from my honeymoon. Her website is: http://moniquemadridstyling.com/

    SoonToBeB is correct, she only books 4 months in advance. This works well for brides who don't want to book someone without having a trial first, but also don't want to have the trial waaaay in advance of the wedding.

    I used Cynthia Sally for makeup and Kelly Tase for my BM's hair (my was done by my friend) - they were both AMAZING!  There are pics of all the girls' hair in my married bio and you can see our makeup and their hair from the front in our pro pic teasers (links in siggy).
