Petal - I've never done it but I understand it can be pretty difficult and a lot of work to get any good at it.

Maybe I'm just cynical, but I'd put money on the idea that that woman did that just to be "discovered."

I'm also dreading new brides who will come on here thinking that's an awesome idea.

Morning ladies. I just woke up and I'm feeling exhausted and really sick to my stomach. Great. I can't be getting sick, I'm working 3 days this week, including today and I refuse to not go. Daff, skydiving is my worst nightmare, I'm sooo afraid of heights, haha. Everyone who does it seems to love it though. I can't even watch the singing bride thing. I have a thing where I don't like to watch awkwardness or confrontation of any kind.

Daff - You should do it. I've always wanted to sky dive. It seems like a good eal for what I hear it costs.

Adamar- I think my friend is going to sign up with me. You should do it.

I'm not really looking to be good at pole dancing but I think it would be fun to try and see what it's like.

I agree-- at least she can actually sing. But it was definitely weird that she was just standing there. And standing there. Anyway, do it at the reception if you're going to do it, but it would be better if you, you know, didn't. It's beyond more and more AW-y

There is a place in Greensboro that is supposed to be very good - we'll have to do that.

I did 12 weeks of Belly Dancing last year, too. That was fun and really helped my core strength.

Yeah, I was just thinking maybe I ought to start using headphones. But, I work in a cube so I need to know when people are behind me so that I can minimize the internet.

Midge, I don't know what her deal is today. This isn't normal for her. But the entire time she's been at her desk today she's just crunch crunching away. Thankfully she's back in a meeting right now so my tenuous sanity has returned for the moment.

I have regular headphones at my desk and I can still hear/sense people walking by. I don't have the music up too loud. Just enough to keep my sanity.
