    What's on your menu:not sure yet but we are thinking:
    Sliced london broil, Chicken Marsala, Fettucine Alfredo, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli, and some other veggie, ceasar salad and garden salad. I think we might do tomato brushchetta and mixed fruits as our apps.

    How many days left until wedding: 3 days!!! ahhh!!!!
    Wedding location/venue: Memorial Park (ceremony) and Friday Musicale (reception)
    Favorite DIY project to date: I'd have to say the paper cranes. They've come out better than I ever could have expected.
    What's on your menu: Pulled pork, chicken, sliced beef, mac and cheese, green beans, baked potato, dinner rolls, cornbread, sandwich rolls, and a salad bar!
    Flavors in your wedding cake: Lemon, red velvet with cream cheese filling, and vanilla with strawberry filling. The groom's cake is guinness chocolate cake!

    I'm so excited for you!  And I'm still kind of bummed we didn't go with Sonnys.  We'll just have to start eating there more often to make up for it.

    Favorite DIY project to date: This is a tough one... Hmm, maybe the charity favor cards
    What's on your menu: We are still in process of tasting but we have the same criteria for all caterers... 2 hors d'oeuvres with a stationery display for cocktail hour, a trio plate of fish, beef and duck with a starch and veggie. For dessert, we will have a wedding cake and mini croquembouches (since FI is french) and a homemade cookie buffet
    Flavors in your wedding cake: Still in the process of deciding (We are looking at something light)
    Where are you going for your honeymoon: FI is planning this one - My guess is he will either pick Hawaii or Japan

    What's on your menu: We are leaning towards comfort foods with a gourmet twist. Food is probably one of our biggest priorities for the wedding.

    We are probably going to St. Lucia. We fell in love with Stonefield and can't imagine going anywhere else now. We shall see...

    Wedding date: 5/22/10
    How many days left until wedding: 73!
    Wedding location/venue: White Room St. Augustine
    Favorite DIY project to date: Slide show of us growing up that will be played during cocktail hour and dinner
    What's on your menu: cocktail hour - coney island franks, 3 cheese stuffed mushrooms, and mini crab cakes plus a Shrimp and grits martini station and market station (fruits, veggies, and cheese) Dinner - Mixed green salad with mandarin oranges, bleu cheese, raisins, and walnuts with rasberry vinegerette  Dinner: half portion of Chicken Florentine and half portion of Pepper Seared Beef Tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes and fire roasted veggies. 
    Flavors in your wedding cake:  It's going to change.  Right now I have the cake as yellow with strawberry filling and the grooms cake as yellow with creamsicle filling.  We are changing the grooms to chocolate with cheesecake filling most likely and will probably have two fillings for the wedding cake. 
    Where are you going for your honeymoon: 2 weeks in Ireland....we can not wait!

    What's on your menu: variety of appetizers, then a fried green tomatoe salad (so yumm!), choice of chicken breast with orzo, shitake, asparagus, or slow roasted beef short ribs with lamb rack, fingerling potatoes, asparagus w/brown butter sauce, chocolate covered strawberries

    Oh how much fun.

    Wedding date: October 23, 2010

    How many days left until wedding: Too many.. I would love to marry him tonight.

    Wedding location/venue: St. Augustine. Lightner and the Government House

    Favorite DIY project to date: I am not too hand eye coordinated. I plan to help with the custom invitations but I am hoping I will have LOADS of help so they can look nice.

    What's on your menu: Oh food, how I love thee. We are doing a cocktail hour with a really cool  3 tier ice sculpture serving tuna tare tare (I think you spell it that way), oysters. Then butler style apps being passed through the crowd. Then for dinner we are having our favorite salad. It includes cranberrys, goat cheese, walnuts with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.  Dinner is either chicken or steak. Chick Francesse for my option with angel hair pasta and for his option Steak and potatoes... lol 

    Flavors in your wedding cake: three teir cake with three different cakes and icings. Bottom is Pound cake with White Chocolate cream, second layer is choc with raspberry cream and the top is my red velvet with white chocolate cream.

    Where are you going for your honeymoon: Two weeks in Europe! We fly into Madrid and will spend a few days there then drive to Barcelona and catch our cruise ship for another 12 days around France, Italy, Turkey, Greece and head back to Spain. I am so excited. We are so excited. Thanks for reading.
