We ordered our invites from WPD and had one slight problem. The colors were way off. I like a blueish purple (violet) and that's what the invites looked like online... However, when they arrived they were closer to a magenta purple. I was bummed and when I was sent the satisfaction survey I told them so.

Since it was just a slight color issue we sent the invites out this past weekend. I got an email today from WPD apoligixing for the color issue. They also offered to take 30% off my original order since I had already sent out the invites. Wow!

I was so happy with the customer service with this company. Besides color our invites were great. Very high quality paper and envelopes. I would definately recommend them!

    Given that the discrepancy was probably due to your computer monitor, I think that's incredible customer service.

    I've had a great experience with them too. Very fast processing, and excellent customer service. I also felt it was a very good quality paper at a great price.

    They've been great so far for me. We ordered perhaps 10 samples or more before ordering - it's the only way to see the colors correctly. I had one picked online I was sure about but the card color was very different in the sample. The rest of the samples looked just like the website. So I would just say - always order a sample first. I think we got most of them for free or they are just 1.00.  So far big thumbs up for them.
