Did/do you get anything for the hubs or the FI? Gifts or anything of the like?

I don't usually get him something but I wanted to do something this year since he has been dealing with my wedding-related stress very well!

I think I am going to get us tickets to a comedy show at Helium Comedy Club. We have gone a number of times and always have a good time. We haven't been there is a while so I think I will get us tickets for a show thats in a couple weeks. I am just trying to decide on the comedian.

I was also thinking about getting a hand held massager thing. He loves getting massages so that would be good for him and help me some!

I bought this over time and got really good deals with rue la la and group on so it seems like alot, well it is alot but I didnt spend as much as it should have cost me.

I got him 2 pairs of puma sneaks. One for running because we are doing a 5k soon and he needed running shoes and the other was just a pair he said he liked. I made him a picture book of our dog who is now 10 and a half with pictures from puppyhood to present from mixbook. He didnt have alot of the pictures all in one place so I got them all from his mom (he got this dog when he was 18 way before me)and made the book and at the end wrote a little note from the dog thanking him for giving him a good life. and I got him a 16 x 20 from canvas on demand of the dog with a picture we both love taken recently. Actaully the pic in my siggy.

I really have a hard time holding surprises in so as each one of these gifts came in I gave them to him. I only have a card and candy to give him on VDay.

He just called me and asked me what size jersey I would buy myself if I were to buy one so Im assumimg he is trying to buy me a Phillies jersey but no one sells womens jerseys and all the jerseys online are sold out in my size. I dont know what he is gonna do now. lol. Nothing like waiting til the last minute!

I got a groupon for chocolates at Maron, so he got a fancy box of chocolate. And he was coveting the special edition of Avatar, so I got him that too.

sorry, I should elaborate. Its Friday afternoon and I'm punchy. DH just had his birthday, we just had our anniversary and we are buying this house, so I'm probably going to pull something out from my naughty drawer that he hasn't seen in a while and have some fun. I made him promise not to get anything for me.

I will be doing something similar. I spent insane money on him for Christmas AND his bday is next week. I just got him a card (Husband - SQUEEE!) and a small box of Reese cups (his fave)...

We aren't doing anything big for V-day. And I told him not to go crazy with a gift (were looking to buy a home soon so we need to save money). But I did get these pillow cases because there super cute his and her pillow cases that I just couldnt resist. We go to the same restaurant every year for valentine's day, and give each other small gifts.. I haven't picked anything out yet but I'm thinking maybe I will just get a box of chocolate.

well duh. hahaha. I plan on wearing his favorite corset and undies when we go out to dinner. He goes crazy for this set.

Everytime we pass the barber shop in the KOP mall he always talks about wanting to get a shave there. I was thinking about getting him a gift card for when it comes time for him to shave the winter beard off.

No money will be spent on either of us for Valentines Day.. We will be eating white castle ($10 dinner for 2, booyah) and partaking in some bedroom activities which are free.

My man loves uber-practical gifts (two years ago I got him a vacuum cleaner for V-day, which I thought was a totally lame gift but he loved) -- so he's getting The Club for his car. We're only going to have one car once we move, and I do not want that thing stolen!

We've been talking about getting each other a gift for the house, and the kitchen needs and island to break up the space from the living/dining room area, so we'll probably get that.

DH was in NY yesterday and today. He was telling me all he was going to eat while he was there is White Castle. AND we're getting a Sonic this summer only a few miles from our house. So excited!
