I did some errands this morning, but now I have nothing to do. Someone hang out around here and entertain me!

I'm here. I'm doing laundry and hard boiling eggs to make deviled eggs later. We have a family picnic this afternoon. I'm the only one up in my house, it's kind of nice!

Hi! H got up early and took the dog for a hike. I'm enjoying the alone time. I slept in until almost 9:00 this morning. It was kind of awesome. I am going to a friend's later this afternoon for her son's 2nd b-day party. I need to get my workout gear on and go over and walk on the treadmill here shortly.

I had a hair appointment this morning (really needed to lose all that gray), and of course, it started raining about 10 minutes before she finished me up. Like, raining hard. It figures.

I've been to the Farmer's Market, grocery store and liquor mart. Just on the computer for a bit to log RSVPs and such before getting set up for the BP tonight and taking a nap.

Today we got an RSVP from a couple. The added TWO adults and TWO children. And, these people owned a restaurant/banquet facilty for several years. Unreal. People are so rude.

I think this group is DEFINITELY an 'Oh, bride's parents are throwing the party. I bet it will be awesome and open bar, blah blah blah so c'mon let's go! Gah.

Anyway, I plan to recover from tonight's craziness all day long tomorrow and do NOTHING.

I'm sitting here, bored as all get out, and trying to decide if I want to go shopping. The weather was really stormy a few minutes ago, but I think it's passing, because it appears that the sun may be coming out again.

I really wanted to go shopping today to get last minute items off the registry, because I'm just getting more and more uncomfortable as each day passes...so it makes sense to get it down now!

I also am hungry and can't decide what to eat.

I never would it would have been difficult to find a hat for H from a brewery he likes. He likes 8 million breweries! The only one I found that he would actually wear, charges $10 for shipping! I am not spending $20 on a baseball hat and then paying $10 for shipping!

H is making a Subway run for lunch. YAY

Yeah, there's like 25 kids coming and about 6 uninvited adults. Gah. DD won't call them and doesn't want me to call them. So, yeah, I guess we are just turning a blind eye to stupid, ruyde people and feeding them anyway. Good thing kids' meals are cheap and the place is huge.

Honestly, I don't really CARE about the adults but I KNOW DD is going to hate having all those kids there. She doesn't like kids at all. They will drive her nuts. So I told her, if she allows these kids to attend, she can't complain about them. Nut up or shut up, y'know?

hahaha. I get blown away by all the people who have problems with children. I knew I wasn't going to invite children (mostly because there is one cousin who has horribly behaved kids). But I never said anything to anyone...and just addressed the invites to the adults. I didn't have one person rsvp with extras, or ask about their kids. it was kind of odd.

I'm hanging watching the kadashians, bad I know. The man is off to the THIRD Springsteen concert this week. I'll hit the gym at some point but it's a boring day for me too....

Kids! Not so much a problem on his side, but there are a ton on mine. I had my mom kind of spread the no-kid news way before the invitations went out, so [hopefully] that helped defuse some would-be tension.

FI and his guys left for his parents' lakehouse this morning. -__-

I'm home alone doing laundry and bridal shower/rehearsal dress shopping with Bridezillas in the background! What a day! lol

Jess: I almost ordered one. I had the order all set to go on my computer, and I decided to navigate away. I might still order when H wakes up from his nap...but I should probably just eat food we have in the house.

I'm here. Missing a friend's little boy's b-day party cause H's friend shorted us rent again he's too worked up to take a shower and get ready to go with me. She said the party was 3-5 and the earliest we can get there if we left now is 4 and he hasn't even showered yet. I guess I'm not THAT motivated to get dressed and go anywhere though or I'd have pushed the issue an hour ago... or wait.. I DID.
