  My FI use to work for a BBQ Catering company in Hacienda Heights, CA. That's where he learned how to BBQ. The food he bbqs is awesome and he always gets compliments on it. He wanted that for our wedding but I wasn't very fond of an outdoor, backyard BBQ wedding. I'll send you a PM with their contact info.

  My brother does BBQ catering and offers great prices ( Rude Dog's),
