MY FI Decided he wanted to have a low key good dinner, I guess to him that means some BBQ...I'm good with it! So we're having Pulled Pork, and somethign else i'm not sure... it's not going to be a bad price about 8 per person.

    Hope this helps!

We're having "party stations" instead of doing a typical sit down meal.  There will be chocolate fondue, a mashed potato bar, fruit tree, sandwich station, and a station with veggies and hummus.  We figured guests would enjoy the variety and it's a little different which we love.  Plus it encourages people to get up and mingle with each other which is always good.

We are cooking a whole hog and some beef.  We are also having potato salad (his fave), rainbow rotini salad (my fave), and my sis is going to make some kind of fruit cocktail and pudding salad.  We are having cake, and I am making cookies.  For drinkes we are having water, pop and\or lemonade, and keg beer.
