  Itineraries are a major PITA.  Here is my expected wedding day intinerary.  Hopefully, it will work....
  
  10:00am - Breakfast trays from Jason's Deli arrive10:30am – Harmony arrives
  12 noon – Photog arrives at Palms and takes details/getting ready shots of girls and guys
  1:00pm – Bride/MOH/BM and guys ready
  1:30pm – Wedding party meet in Palms (location TBD)First look - LOCATION???

  2:00pm – Strip tour begin; limo pick-up at Palms (photo locations TBD)

  4:00pm – Strip tour end; arrive at Flamingo4:30pm – Be ready at Flamingo
  4:45pm – All guests must be at Flamingo

  5:00pm – Ceremony start

  5:15pm – Ceremony end; start pics around Flamingo

  6:00pm – Pics end; photog leaves; limo pick-up at Flamingo

  7:00pm – Arrive at Maggiano's; limo end

  11:00pm – Reception ends

  12:00 – Harmony arrives, Cheryl starts hair/makeup

  1:30 – Harmony starts MOH's hair/makeup, Mike & Courtney (photog) arrive

  2:30 - FI leaves for MB

  3:00 – Cheryl leaves for MB

  3:30 – First look and formal pictures at Mandalay Bay with Mike & Courtney

  5:00 – Ceremony at MB

  5:30 – 7:00 Bus pick-up at MB, guests' bus tour

  5:30 – 7:30 Cheryl & FI tour/pics with Mike & Courtney

  7:00-11:00 – Reception
