IE Reception venue w/site fee+food 3,000-4,000? Any Suggestions??

My wedding budget is $10,000. I am looking for a a nice venue for the reception in the inland empire for 4,500 max with site fee and food included. Possible?

    100 is my max estimate. I guess i didnt quite mean "is it possible" but is that possible for a great venue with great views and options for either and outdoor ceremony or reception? Can I find all that for 4,500max?

    You can have a beautiful ceremony location in the IE easily. Most places that I've been looking at charge a ceremony fee between $500-$1500 dollars. There is no way that you can feed 100 people and have a ceremony for 3-4K. The only exception would be if you hired your favorite local hole in the wall to cater the reception. However, you'll find that many places won't allow outside caterers. Honestly if your food + reception budget is 3-4K, you need to cut your guest list in half. 

    I'm having 30ppl at my wedding and I'm spending about that much for reception/ceremony.

    3-4K is definitely hard for 100 guests, the best bet is Crestmore Manor since it's BYO Everything, then you can just have it catered by a local restaurant. I was debating having our wedding here but decided not to because events have to end by 11pm and clean by 10:30pm. Our caterer was going to be Country Garden Caterers in OC,

    If this isn't an option; I recommend Wedgewood banquets. They offer all inclusive package deals and have many locations for you to choose from. The Vesada in Corona was also a decent price.

    Have you looked into www.sbpoolparties.com ? You can have 60-75 guests. They spacialize in weddings on a budget. As little as $800 for BOTH the ceremony AND reception there. And you can bring in your own food, drinks, etc.

    Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Club was having it where its $17.95 a plate, kids is $9.95 a plate.
