    Was just there this weekend:)

I highly recommend Sarah's Table for breakfast. The best pancake I've ever, ever had.  It was on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, if you watch that.    I hear their other meals are great, too, but we did  breakfast.

Canal Park is a must see--simple walk on the board walk on the water.

If you like just wandering around, we also enjoyed Enger Park, which has an amazing vista over Duluth and Lake Superior.

The aquarium was a fun way to spend an hour and a half (it's $15, so only go if you really want to see an aquarium).

    Have fun!

The William A Irvin ship should be open at that time - it's a haunted ship tour - if you and the fiance like the haunted house thing, this could be a good date night :)

Duluth Grill has AWESOME food, they were on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives too :-) Canal Park is always fun. Driving up the North Shore to Two Harbors is a real pretty drive and Two Harbors is an adorable town.

There's a TON of road construction up there right now (I was just there a couple weeks ago) so it's kind of a mess. In addition, there's construction on 35 from Hinckley on- so you might want to take 61 instead.

    I love Duluth.  LOVE.

I always love going to Glensheen Mansion.  I don't know why, it just never gets old to me.  I love old buildings and historical stuff like that and the grounds and beach are beautiful.

    We love Duluth!

Best Coffee Shop ever at the Amazing Grace Coffee shop right by the canal.  Right across the street from there is a great chocolate shop that has delicious Carmel Apples in a variety of flavors - I don't remember the name but they always have a big teddy bear sitting on a bench outside.

I agree with driving to the beach at Park Point, take your coffee and carmel apple and enjoy the view!

There is comedy show every weekend at a little Irish Pub, can't remember that name either but it was a good show and good beer!

If you like outdoor stuff, Gooseberry Falls is fun and great for pictures!  Have fun!

I'm a big fan of Scenic Cafe north of Duluth... so yum :)

Ditto 2chumps about the caramel apples in Canal Park! Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory is delicious.

If you like the outdoors, venture a little north to either Gooseberry Falls State Park or Split Rock Lighthouse State Park! Both are beautiful, and within 30 minutes of Duluth.
