I've lost 5 pounds and I'm so excited!! I can't believe that I did it especially coming out of a depression!! I'm so proud of myself and I feel good!!
Bad news I got suspended from work today.. It's just for today but that really upset me! SO I'm going out tonight hopefully I can feel better about it but I'm still happy I lost the weight 5 down 15 more to go!!

    Congratulations on the weight loss!  That's fantastic.  And especially coming off of a depression.  I'm sure you will get through it all.

    Sorry about work though. I'm hope everything is ok.
