Jamestown Chautauqua Lake Ceremony/Reception

any advice on venues for the Chautauqua lake region? Not too pricey. Hopefully ceremony outdoors (amazing if lake near by) reception indoors.

    How many people are you looking to accomodate and what time of year for the wedding?

    I am having my ceremony at Chautauqua Institution's Hall of Philosophy with the reception at the Athenaeum Hotel. The Hall of Philosophy is outdoors and faces the lake.

    I'm having my wedding and reception at Webb's Year Round resort in Mayville, NY. It's right across the street from Chautauqua Lake---which is beautiful! It's a reasonable cost for the quality of what your getting especially for the bride on a budget (like myself) and they have a hotel right next door. The banquet manager Andrew is amazing and will help you with whatever you need! They seriously have everything covered!

    looking to accomidate about 200. want the ceremony on the lake and reception indoors.
