Hi Taccoten, I saw on a post that you were thinking about having Ken Stillman as your videog and that you contact him and your date wasn't available.  How did you contact him? Because I've tried numerous times to contact him via phone and email and he has never answered the phone or returned my messages.

    I sent a request to him via his website and it took nearly a month to get a response.  In that time, I had booked someone else.

    I know it's ridiculous! I tried contacting him in October and he still hasn't gotten back to me and the time between October and now I've lost count of how many times I've called.  I know he sucks at getting back to people but his work is good and I'm desperate.

    That is so weird because I emailed him using the email address on his website and he emailed me back the same day.  He told me he didn't have availability, but then he contacted me later the following day to tell me one of the brides with my wedding date cancelled her appt. so he had an opening.  That Friday, we met up for the interview, signed the papers and we never had an issue getting in touch with him.  It's so strange how everyone has problems reaching him, but I had email conversations back and forth for two days without any delay. I also left him a voicemail and he called me right back.   He was very upfront with me about the length of time it will take to get our video back (just under a year) and I felt comfortable booking him regardless of what anyone else says!  I hope you can get in touch with him!!

    I hope so too. I just emailed him from the email address on his website yesterday, so we'll see if he answers soon. :/
