AW: New Boots!

Since the board is slow, and I really don't feel like working on this newsletter - I'm going to AW out my boots.  The tracking said they would arrive today - but they got here yesterday instead.  Like an early Christmas present! :)

I got these in brown

    Ooohhh, pretty!  I especially love the color of those cognac ones :)

    This post was good timing... I JUST got a delivery to my office of three pairs of boots I ordered off Piperlime on Cyber Monday, haha!

    Those are all really cute! I definitely couldn't do the heels on the last pair, maybe even not on the second. The 2 pair I recently bought are both flat, since I often run for the metro and walk fast.

    Oohh I like them all!

    I don't think I can pull off the slouched boots.  Although, I don't own any skinny jeans either, more out of fear of what they would look like on me! So maybe if I owned a pair I would be more open to them.

    I walk into DSW and I want to buy all of the boots in there right now.  I especially love the riding boots.  I think someone on here bought some a few weeks ago...

    I'm wearing the brown ones today and they are super comfortable.  I walked around in the cognac ones last night for a bit, and they were really comfy as well.  I'm not wallking around much during the day, so I can handle heels for the most part.

    Ew.. let's not talk about winter.  I like to pretend it's 70 and sunny. :)

    I have boot cut jeans which work with them.  But I'm tempted now to get a pair of skinny jeans.  <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /> As if I need to do more shopping.

    I think skinny jeans make all the difference with high boots!  I have a pair of dark denim ones and a new pair of tight black pants that are like a cross between leggings and jeans, and I have been living in them this fall.

    Ok, I'll share :)  I've been looking everywhere for a pair of flat, over-the-knee black boots, but I've been having trouble finding a pair that are actually long enough since I'm on the tall side.  I hope these work!  The Nike Air collaboration is pricy, but they are soooo comfortable, it's worth it since I'm running around a lot during the day.
