Imagine is on Facebook.

I was a hesitant on using them, but as my WC confirmed they DO NOT ALLOW (as of Sept 2010) outside photographers, but after seeing their FB page I feel a little better. I've heard mixed reviews on them, but seeing their work makes me a bit more at ease.

I just wanted to pass along the information.

Yeah that's confirmed in the sticky...what's the link to the facebook page? i didn't know they had one. We already sucked it up and bought the CD of the photos. Well, it was the only time that my mom would pay for it (after the wedding it'd be on my dime) so I figured why not.

Aegrish--I know it is confirmed in the sticky, but I decided to ask them just in case policy had changed and it didn't so at least I asked. :-) I figured if we could pay $200 instead of $800 for the rights on CD then awesome, but not the case. I plan on getting the CD regardless. Thank God Todd gives them at no charge.

LOL I saw this one last night and had to do a double take. I will be sure to steer clear of anything of this nature. It's kinda funny though.

I mean their photos will be OK for the ceremony, but for 'extra' coverage, no thanks. Their color processing is too much for me. although I'm sure you can ask for the raw images. For what they charge, their syle does not do it for me.

Their photos look a lot different on their FB page than what is linked to what Valerie at CP sent me. I'm NOT a fan of their work on their FB page but their work looks better here ----> http://www.cpweddingphoto.com/index2.php#/home/

Still nothing special, but at least their photos are clear and they haven't messed with all the colors.

the Grand stair case is so beautiful! There are a lot of pretty brides in their wedding gallery too. I love the one of the maid of honor or witness holding the little girl for the couple. that's sweet.

Thanks for posting Kris Marie! I really hope mine turn out like the ones on the gallery!

You're welcome!!! The images they have on their FB page sort of freak me out to be honest. I wonder if there is a polite way to ask ahead of time what kind of "editing" they are going to do?

I think those photos are from brides who hire them for outisde of caesars...but yes they are VERY scary. I'd rather have a photo under-touched than over-touched like that.

OMG!! I just looked at the ones on their FB page!!! Scary for sure. I hope we can have input. Just give me them like they were taken, no need to retouch or do anything if that is how they are going to look.

Last week, I submitted an inquiry online, and Caesers responded with an email that included a few attachments. The email said that you could pay $200 to use an outside photographer. So...when I asked she said no, the contract states that you can not. I suggested she change the generic email that she is sending because it contradicts the contract. How hard it it for them to delete that part from the email.

SpecialJune my email said the same thing. I agree, they need to update their forms and emails. It's misleading.

See, I could see someone contesting that because anyone that gets that email has it in writing that they said you could use an outside photog. (of course I know the contract trumphs the email, but still) The fact that they are sending that out in current communications is incredibly remiss and unprofessional. For as much money as they make/charge, they have the resources to stay on top of those kinds of things.

I did tell Valerie that when I she told me no outisde photogs were allowed anymore and I said "but its in my info email!". I told her they should change their information or not send it out. Pretty sure it went in one ear and out the other. When I write my reviews on here and wedding wire that may give them a minus!
