I originally wanted to do a sand ceremony. The I spoke to a potential JOP and she gave me the idea of the oathing stone. FI has a very strong Scottish/ Irish backround so this really works for us. We will hold the stone while saying our vows and give out river rocks to all the guests to hold. Then they will write they're names on them and put them in a case for us.
