I started (really started this time) my DVD workouts this weekend, and just did the total body workout #2 for the first time last night. Ohmygosh my legs and arms are sore this morning. I had never done a burpee before... now I'm not sure I want to again! Haha. I've got about 7 1/2 months before the big day - but I want to lose weight to be healthier, not just for the dress!
