  I used them for a DJ and that was it. We had a good experience with our particular DJ but they have terrible ratings through the Better Business Bureau, and on most wedding websites.

  I've heard bad things about them in the past- and I'd advise against a "one stop shop" kind of place. I think you can find better quality at the same price elsewhere, especially for photography.

  I guess my aprehensions were correct. The venue I am favoring and headcount has increased my original budget so I want to make sure that I can get a solid photographer and videographer without blowing the bank. I make sure that I keep the photography separate from the DJ then.

  My student teacher used then for his wedding last year and it was a disaster.  Their pictures can out horrible and the video voice keeps going on and off.  His wife cried so much that they did photo retakes a few months later.  Please do not use them.

  Please stay away from these one stop shops. Fi sister used them, and her pictures look like I could have done a better job with my digital camera.

  This forum is littered with the horrible stories of using The Pros.  Or Bella or just about any other high volume all-in-one shop for that matter.
  
  I'd like to think theyd' be okay for a DJ; it's hard to think someone could screw up playing some songs and making a few announcments.  But I absolutely can't imagine using them for something like photography or videography.

  They call constantly and I've told them we've already booked all of our vendors.  They are very annoying... I can't imagine having to deal with them.

  OMG they call me ALLLLthe time no matter how much I tell them Ive already bookedmy vendors, its like they stalk me. There's this one lady, vieviene, veronica, something like that, leaves messages daily. I have actually yelled at her to stop calling me. They seem very scam-ish to me.

  I'd steer clear of those kinds of places. I'd prefer a person or business who focuses on one thing only. I've also heard terrible things about the Pros.

  Huh, that's funny!  My future sister in law used them for photo and video and theirs came out awesome!  I love their style, they were on time and they had no trouble being intrusive at all.  Their video was great too.  They were so cooperative with them too! 
  
  Matter of fact, she had a group shot taken of all her guests on a balcony with them below and her venue loved the pic so much, they use hers for their brochures now!  They really did a great job!
  
  So much so, that I booked them for myself for next year.  I had to do a little shake down to get the photo album I wanted, but I was more than thrilled when they agreed to do what I want for the price I wanted.  Can't vouch for the DJ, but their photo skills were dead on!  I can't wait for them to do mine!
