  i would pair it with a tight fitting shirt... and maybe add a belt to the skirt. a pashmina or scarf and pair of riding boots might look cute as well.

  diitto pp-tight fit cute tank. a long or big necklace. pumps. wih a shawl or a 3/4 open front sweater. the tank should pop.d hair nice full long dropped curls with body.

  I would proably do a tighter shirt, tights and a flat riding style boot.
