Alterations

I bought my dress about 5 hours away from Louisville and did not trust the alterations department there and I also did not want to drive back and forth for fittings. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can get my dress altered for a reasonable price?

    Mildred Bruner. She does alterations out of her home, and she is unbelievably nice and reasonably priced! Not to mention she's very good at her job. 267-9540.

    You have to be the Cayce I know...the one marrying my dear friend MT.  Your screen name is too coincendental for you to not be.
    With that being said....
    The girl who did my alterations was AWESOME.  My dress was originally a size 12 and she had to basically re-do the entire dress to make it fit me correctly and she did an amazing job.  She works out of her home and she lives in Indiana.

    I found this woman at a bridal show and she is SUPER reasonable and works out of her home. She does great work too.
