Dress Shopping... HELP!

Hi ladies!  I am living in KC and planning to get married in the Bahamas.  I am completely overwhelmed with the idea of dress shopping.  Any suggestions in the KC area? Where to start?!

    Alot of people recommend Amore in Independence.  I also rec nina's in overland park.  It all depends on your price point though.

    I would like to keep the price significantly under $1,000.  I know that limits my options though...

    I had great luck at Mia's in Olathe. I spent $600 total and they had a lot to choose from, I wanted to stay around $500.

    David's Bridal seems to have dresses that are a bit less expensive.

    I would definitely reccommend Bridal Extraordinaire!!! If you buy on your first visit you get 10% off!  My budget was 2000 and I ended up getting one for 1000!! The service was amazing as well!  They can work with any budget and style.  I reccommend printing off picture of the style you want as well, wherever you decide to go. I did that and it made it so much easier. I only tried on 5 dressed and loved them all!!
