viennese tables

I've lived in Nola for 13 years but grew up in NY. At all the NY weddings I attended they all had Viennese tables which I adore. But no one in Nola seems to know about them. Does anyone knowof any Nola caterers or bakeries that do Viennese tables?

    I'm sure any bakery can make you a display of desserts for a Viennese table.  Maybe try Gambino's.

    I would check with sucre, but they may be a bit pricey.  They have great chocolates and macaroons that might go well for your viennese table.  Also check with your caterer for your wedding.  We did ours through Audubon and they had different "dessert station" options.  You could do a few and ask that they not begin serving until later in the evening.  We did this with a bananas foster station.  Good luck!
